PT&M’s unique know-how comes from the experience of our 7 lead consultants. All together we have been Commercial Directors of 15 airports in 10 different countries. Since its creation PT&M has successfully completed consultancy on more than 60 projects around the world.
We cover all the disciplines within Airport Commercial Management and Planning. Eric Trichot is a specialist in commercial strategy and tender management, Guy Ponzo is focused on marketing, duty-free and tender management and Alan Bork is expert in terminal planning and financial modelling. Axel Gauthey, expert on the operators, Karim Baina is an expert in finance, business aviation, food tech and digital, Philip Gablentz is renowned for excellence in creating innovation, and Mark Entwistle is an expert in passenger behaviour and segmentation.
